How can I pay for my stay? How can I pay for my stay?

 

We are at your disposal for payments every day from 8am till 9.30pm. To avoid queues at check-out, we advise you to pay for your stay the day before departure.

 

You can choose from the following methods of payment:

 

- Cash payment directly in the hotel

- Credit card (Visa - Mastercard - Cartasi ) or ATM cash card

- Payment by cheque at least 4 working days prior to departure

- Bank draft, at least 4 days prior to departure

 

 

What are the check-in and check-out times? What are the check-in and check-out times?

 
  • Check-in: Our rooms are available to guests from midday onwards. If you arrive earlier, all the hotel’s amenities are at your disposal: breakfast, lunch, the beach, a cool swim in the pool.
  • And if you arrive at night, no problem! Dragan, our night porter will be there to welcome you!
  • Check out: The room will be yours until 10am. The hotel's amenities and guest areas will be yours to enjoy until your departure, when we will say our goodbyes till next time!

Where can I park my car? Where can I park my car?

 

All our guests have a space reserved in our private outdoor unattended car park, behind the hotel.

 

From the 2018 season onwards, if you prefer a covered supervised car park, you can park at the Luna Blu car park which has a practical shuttle service. (Daily fee € 10.00)

Our hotel is strategically placed on the seafront (to get to the beach, simply cross the road).

We are about 700 m from the start of the pedestrian precinct.

What time are meals? What time are meals?

 

Breakfast is from 8am to 10am in the breakfast room on the first floor.

Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 2pm and dinner from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

For our infant guests, baby food can be prepared from 12.15pm onwards at lunch time and from 7.15pm onwards at dinner time.

 

Where will our beach umbrella be? Where will our beach umbrella be?

 

Beach umbrellas are assigned at reception from the 4th row. If you would prefer a beach umbrella in one of the first three rows, you can book it for € 10 per day.

Do you have any pushchairs? Do you have any pushchairs?

 

Pushchairs are at the disposal of our little guests free of charge. They cannot be reserved and are available until they run out.

Do you have any bicycles? Do you have any bicycles?

 

Bicycles for adults and children (also with child seats) are available to our guests free of charge from 7am till midnight. They cannot be booked in advance and can be hired for a maximum of 4 hours! When you return, you are kindly asked to drop off the keys at reception. If you arrive late, you will be charged € 5.

Dogs are welcome at the Atlantic. When booking, request the "PETFRIENDLY" package 

Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast and lunch rooms.
